Off-Site Visitation Monitoring - Supervised visitation services can be conducted at various locations within the community. Off-site visits allow the parent and child to go to various community locations such as:
- Local Park
- Amusement Park
- Shopping Malls
Telephone/Video Monitoring - This service allows our staff to monitor the telephone/video conversations between the child and the non-custodial parent to ensure nothing inappropriate is being discussed.
Supervised Exchange - Sometimes referred to as "Monitored Exchanges" or "Supervised/Monitored Transfers", is a supervision of the transfer of the child from one parent to the other. This service allows the custodial parent to take the child to a pre-arranged, safe and neutral location. The non-custodial parent can then pickup the child and return the child to the same neutral location once the visit is complete. The pickup times are staggered so that the parents do not have to be in contact with each other. The supervision is limited to the exchange or transfer ONLY of the child. The actual exchange of the child is monitored and documented by the WE CARE staff.
Our staff always tries to make the process as comfortable for the child as possible.

I just wanted to thank you so much for your help in helping
me to re-unite with my son, I could not have imagined it would have went so
well, especially when I first spoke to you back in 2011, but when
I met you I knew contacting
you was the right decision, I expected someone to be rigid and harsh, and when
you came across the complete opposite I was really Surprised. Our first visit went very well, I was a little nervous but you helped the
entire process and I believe my son was very happy, I just want you to
know I don’t believe this would have worked out as positive as it did, had you
not been there to help, I wish you well, and thank you so much for being so professional!
*Non Custodial Parent, granted unsupervised visits
I met Kimberly six months ago when her services were employed by my spouse.
I have been the noncustodial parent in this arrangement and accused by opposing counsel so that a monitoring service was employed and eventually ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Kimberly was privy to some of this and yet always maintained her professional stance in treating me with dignity and respect.
The situation in which I find myself is one that is extremely litigious and confrontational as I go through this divorce. The emotional toil it has taken on me and my three children is monumental.
As the noncustodial parent and after having been the primary caretaker and parent of my three children, it was understandably devastating to experience the loss of time with them. Kimberly was always comforting and understanding with respect to my situation and navigated the role as monitor superbly.
In addition, I was able to experience joy and some peace during the time between visitations with the encouragement of Kimberly as she supported me with wisdom and sage advice.
I trust Kimberly implicitly and rely on her discretion in many instances. Her experience working in human resources and balancing the needs of management with those she represents makes her an excellent candidate for a business such as We Care. Her many talents extend beyond human services and her enterprising entrepreneurial spirit gives her the edge over other monitoring services. She always arranged her week to fit the needs of her client and yet kept a balance by setting boundaries so that both parties represented were accountable to communicate using her.
As I reflect back on the time spent with Kimberly and We Care, I only have fond memories despite the circumstances in which they were initiated. I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone who would consider using her services. Further, I would like to formally thank Kimberly for all that she did for my children and me.
